Careers at Hayes

Our Careers Provision at Hayes is extensive and stretches across all year groups. We are proud to prepare all our students for their next steps and make sure that they are well informed at each phase of their journey. Typically, around 70% of students in Year 11 will go to our Sixth Form, with the majority of the remaining students pursuing college options. At post-18,  roughly 75% of our students will go to University, but we are supporting an increasing number who wish to apply for degree apprenticeships.

Coming Soon - Careers Hub! We are excited to announce that we are soon to open our dedicated Careers Hub, which will be open every day from 8.00am until 4.00pm; students can access information to support their future pathways. A range of resources are available which include University and College prospectuses, Apprenticeship information and Industry-related leaflets. Careers information and advice is offered to all students as well as personal support. We offer regular opportunities to engage with employers and to attend careers-related workshops.
